Refund policy

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL  

 If at anytime we make a mistake and send you the wrong hair, length or item, we will gladly exchange the hair for you. All exchanges must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item via email (fullofjoyhair@gmail.com). Please include your Name and Order Number when you submit your email. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon return, the hair should not be washed, opened, altered, colored ect. 

Full of Joy Hair holds the right to determine if the hair can be accepted as an exchange or not.

* Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on any items (only exception is previously stated above) return will not be accepted.
