SHIPPING

1. How long is processing and delivery?

  • Lashes and Hair Accessories orders take 2-4 business days to PROCESS  once payment is received. Standard shipping can take up to 3-5 Business Days AFTER processing NOT when the order is placed.

  • Bundles, Closures and Frontals take 3-5 Business Days to PROCESS once payment is received. Standard shipping can take up to 3-5 business days AFTER processing NOT when the order is placed.
  • All Units (Wigs) orders take 10-14 Business Days to PROCESS once payment is received. Standard shipping can take up to 3-5 business days AFTER processing NOT when the order is placed. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: If you use the Pay in 4 (Sezzle, Zip Pay, Klarna) as a form of payments, it will take an additional 2-3 days for processing.
  • PROCESSING time does NOT include Weekends or Holidays
  • Express Shipping is not guaranteed to arrive Next Day, depending on where you are located and does not include Weekends or Holidays.

*PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19, SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED. PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER!


2. When will I receive tracking information?

  • Once the order has processed, the items will be shipped, and you will receive a tracking number from USPS via email. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update once shipped.
3. Can my order be canceled or altered?
  • We start processing orders immediately to ensure you receive your package in a timely fashion. Therefore orders can not be canceled, changed or altered once payment is received. Please be sure of what you want before you place your order.
4. What happens if my shipment is delayed?
  • Full of Joy Hair will not be held liable for any shipping delays once the order has been shipped out. We entrust our packages to be delivered by USPS on time. Please make sure that all shipping information (i.e. address) is provided in full and is correct.*If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, any additional shipping cost will be your responsibility.*We advise that you place your order early if you have a special event coming up. Shipping can be delayed during sales, holidays, weather conditions, postal delays, shortage etc.
5. How is my shipment protected?
  • All shipments over $100 will require a signature. This requirement is a form of security for your purchase.
  • We are not held liable for any lost or stolen packages.

6. Digital Products are not physical products and will not require shipment.


RETURNS

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  If at any time we make a mistake and send you the wrong hair or length or item, we will gladly exchange the hair for you. All exchanges must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item via email (fullofjoyhair@gmail.com). Please include your name and order number when you submit your email. The hair must be returned in its original state and packaging. Upon return, the hair should not be washed, opened, altered, colored etc. Full of Joy Hair holds the right to determine if the hair can be accepted as an exchange or not.

  • Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on any items (only exception is previously stated above).
